Initial Zoom Meeting: Before we kick off, I will have a one-on-one zoom meeting with each teacher to prepare, answer questions and introduce you to how to navigate the course and content.

Example Schedule: 5 days per week for 8 weeks (2 months)

Program Length: Two Months (typically, though this varies depending on your schedule and how quickly you move through the content).

Cost: $2,000 (non-refundable $500 deposit required to reserve spot).

Alumni: If you have completed The Yoga Teacher Training YTT 200 with Holly Fiske, you are automatically accepted into the 300 hr Program and qualify for the Alumni Discount of $300 off. If you are interested in doing the YTT 200 followed by the YTT 300 - the next 200 program begins February.

Content: The 350-page interactive manual is a lifelong resource for teachers. It is a one-of-a-kind manual that looks at the big picture and breaks it all the way down to dissecting 19 specific sports and their body demands, yoga application, training/cross training, injuries, prevention and recovery.

Program: The 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training is available to teachers that already have completed a 200-hour teacher training course and are in the pursuit of becoming a 500-hour E-RYT.

The concentration of this particular advanced training is on functional fitness, fitness as a biological necessity and way of life.

This course is for anyone passionate about movement or anyone that wants to deepen their knowledge on the human body and athletics. If you work with an athletic community, coach, or want to work one on one with athletes - this course is for you.

Really, this course is for everyone because exercise is for everyone. Train for life, heal from life and live a long and healthy life enjoying your passionate pursuits.

Lead Teacher:

Hi, my name is Holly Fiske. I am a registered Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. I have completed 700 hours of training in Orthopedics with Yoga Medicine. I have completed 200 hours of various training (prenatal, postnatal, Sanskrit, trapeze, etc.) outside of Yoga Medicine. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Sport Management and am currently in pursuit of my master’s degree in education with endorsements in Health and Fitness.  I also am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I coach youth basketball. I consider it my calling to help and motivate others to live long, active, healthy and happy lives to their fullest.

Commitment: This first group will be an intimate and personal experience. When you are ready to commit to the first group to complete this training, I will need you to complete these steps:

  1. Email me your completion certificate from an accredited YTT 200 course.

  2. After I have received the above and you’ve received approval for the course you can pay your deposit here.

  3. We will set up your initial zoom meeting the first week of April.

  4. April - training begins.
